The Weber Prosperity Center of Excellence (COE) is a department of Weber County strategically combined with the Weber-Morgan Health Department & Weber Human Services, built to collectively achieve advances in health, equity, and economic well-being.
WHO WE ARE
The COE leads social innovation by engaging community stakeholders to:

Take a human centered approach to solving social challenges at the root cause

Integrate interdisciplinary expertise through cross-sector coalitions with partners and programs from industry, education, social and governmental bodies

Remove systemic barriers to build capacity of service providers and resilience of children, individuals, and families

Work towards unified community goals
